When you place an order, we need to know your name, the details to be printed on your sticker, your shipping address and email address, in order to process the order and communicate with you regarding the order. The information you trust us with when you place the order is used only for processing your order, and shipping it to your correct address.

Occasionally we may use this information to notify you of special offers that we think may be of interest to you, however we DO NOT participate in the rental or sale of names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, demographics or any other personal information about our customers.

Security
All order forms are hosted on our secure server. We use the same security level used by major banking institutions. When you submit your order your information is transmitted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

It automatically encrypts information traveling over the Internet, verifies the identity of the transacting servers through certificates and digital signatures, and confirms that the integrity of message content is maintained throughout transmission.

Returns
If your order is found to be defective or if any item is printed with an error made on our behalf, we will replace any items as soon as possible.

If there is a problem with your label order please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly.
